Working in a Mission Led Enterprise
Empowering Employees
Justin Hupfer, Iowa Credit Union League, Des Moines, IA

Over the course of the past few years, the Iowa Credit Union League has made it a priority to ensure that our various departments are all working with the focus of our strategic directives in mind. The emphasis on our strategic plan, brought about in large part from our work with CSG, has resulted in a more dynamic organization that consistently reaches important, defined short term goals while continuously working towards being long term strategic business partners with our credit union members.

CEO Perspective
In our organization, every team member is seen as a person capable of leading and following.  We are committed to our work: creating 100% member delight and exceeding our members' expectations.  "Well," you may say, "it isn’t possible."

So let's go back to the beginning.
